This class will provide you with a gentle and safe introduction to the principals of Hatha Yoga and the flow of movement in the body. Learn how to strengthen the inner core of the body to bring increased flexibility, groundedness and joy in your yoga practice. This program uses the practice of yoga postures, breath work and meditation. No class Oct 2, 9, Nov 13. No new registrants/drop-ins after 2nd class (unless approved by instructor).
