Description:

The Stretch and Core Workout will make you sweat and smile while building core strength, lean muscle, and killer glutes. We use a combination of Yoga, Pilates and classical Ballet techniques to sculpt and stretch body muscles. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. All the moves have options, so it?s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. Please bring your own yoga mat and bands.
